At Bing Lee, you have the option of choosing to include a Back Up plan in your purchase.

This is a warranty and service product which covers your new purchase, including the unlikely event it suffers a mechanical or electrical failure.

  • Guaranteed period for repairs 

  • Availability of a loan product (subject to terms and conditions and availability)

  • Toll Free technical assistance

  • Freight / Delivery to and from place of repair
