How do Gift Cards work?

1. Choose the value of the card (minimum $10)

2. Provide recipient email address and select a date to send off the gift card

3. Use the code to redeem your gift card in the payment section of our checkout

Where do I find the code?

For e-Gift Cards, your code will be emailed to the email address provided. For physical Gift Cards, just scratch the back of the card to reveal the code. 

Are Corporate Gift Cards available?

You can purchase Bing Lee Gift Cards for corporate incentive, loyalty or reward programs here.

How long are Gift Cards valid for?

Gift cards will expire 48 months (4 years) from the date of issue.

Can I check my Gift Card balance?

Unsure of how much you have remaining on your Bing Lee gift card? Head to your nearest store, or contact Customer care on 1300 609 228 and we’ll be able to help you.
